Starting it's life out as the Blue Dolphin Thrift Store we have meticulously converted this property into the premier place to stay in Long Beach, Washington. Over a year in the planning and construction stages, we are sure that you will find your room comfortable and cozy. We have seventeen fully appointed rooms, including one ADA approved room.

Staying true to our name, we have electric fireplaces in each room that will add warmth and ambiance to your stay at the Fireside Inn. All new furnishings, beds and bedding, will make your stay with us a welcome sanctuary from the real world and a place to unwind and enjoy all that the Washington coast has to offer.

Our staff pride ourselves by the cleanliness of our rooms. Unlike a lot of hotels we wash everything every stay including sheets, mattress pad, comforter, blankets and of course the towels. None of our rooms have carpet making it ideal to keep the rooms as clean as possible. You will see and feel the cleanliness when you get here, but if you want to see what others have said please check out our reviews on Google or Expedia.

Contactless Check-In

From October 1st through March 31st our staffing levels drop to coincide with the lack of tourism during the stormy months. We have the technology to get you checked in by simply using your smart phone.

What you will need:
- A smart phone with the phone number used to book a reservation.
- Your confirmation number from your email you would have received after reserving a room with us.

How to check in:
- Using your smart phone camera app, point the camera at the QR code located at the front desk.
- A link will appear that you will need to select which will open a webpage asking for the phone number and confirmation number.
- Follow the directions to confirm check in.
- You will be given a door code that will unlock the front door and the room door.
- To use the room door press the numbers of the code into the keypad and then push the button at the top of keypad.
- If the code was entered correctly the top button will flash a green light and you will hear the lock moving.
- The door lock will automatically lock itself 10 seconds after unlocking.
- After 10pm the front door and the north side door leading to the firepits will lock. The code for your room door will work to reenter the building.

Family Picnic Area

The Fireside Inn proudly offer professional level Cornhole game for guests interested. Our boards are well lit for evening place. Also, there are 3 large picnic tables and a deluxe BBQ for guests to use. This area is great for groups of all sizes to enjoy. The area has a wood burning firepit and a gas burning firepit. We sell s'mores kits at the front desk. The area is lit at night as you may notice by the photos on our website.
